Power tariff in Delhi 'deliberately' kept high, should be reduced by half: Arvind Kejriwal

Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal on Friday said that power tariff in Delhi has been 'deliberately' kept high and it should be half of what it is at present.
