The NAM summit may try to steer clear of contentious issues and even the NAM outcome document is fairly benign. But the Iran Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei more than made up for this by kicking off the proceedings by saying that Iran would not seek nuclear weapons but would not give up its quest for nuclear energy.
